KCYC General Meetings are held at 7:15 pm on the third Thursday of every month. The clubhouse opens prior to each meeting at 6:00 pm, and a pot luck dinner begins at 6:30 pm.

Meeting of the KCYC Board of elected officers are held at 6:00 pm on the Tuesday prior to the General Meeting.

For KCYC barbecue dinners and other club events, the clubhouse opens at 6:00 pm. The clubhouse is open every Friday night from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
