Come n’ Git it! Minnesota Tater Tot Hot Dish
You might call it a casserole. A one-dish meal. A mulligatawny something -or-other.
But what it really is … is a Minnesota Hot Dish! A regional specialty from the state you have flown over too many times to count. Invented by the Vikings to take the taste of Lutefisk out of their mouths. Beloved by the people who end every sentence with “eh” and have changed “yes” to “you betcha!
So, come to the club on Friday, March 26th, and enjoy the comfort food of comfort foods: turkey and veggies in a delicious cream sauce topped with cheese and Tater Tots. Accompanied by Shelley’s famous “Fruititash,” which might not might not involve Jell-O, and what is probably everyone’s most-remembered childhood dessert!
