This is a reminder of the email sent in August regarding the Fleet Captains Fund Policy which is designed to bill-back group reservations made on behalf of the boaters as we cruise throughout the year. As part of that process, the Fleet Captain maintains an accurate record of deposits made per boat and provides this report to the Treasurer for billing at the year end. These are reservation deposits you would need to make if you were making a personal reservation at a marina requiring a deposit and usually range between $5 and $7 per slip (with some marina's not requiring a deposit)
You will be receiving an invoice for your portion of the deposits paid for the cruises you participated in from the KCYC Treasurer and that amount will then show as due on the Club Express website.
