Your names have been submitted to the board during the November 17th board meeting. With approval, you will be inducted at the next General Meeting on November 19th, 2020 via the zoom meeting. Your KCYC name tags, a burgee and a parking pass have been ordered. If unable to attend, please let me know and we'll reschedule your induction. KCYC is a total volunteer organization and depends on Member volunteers to maintain the high standards in programs, events, and operations that have been the tradition of KCYC’s success. The membership you have chosen the monthly option for a volunteering family.
Once inducted, your membership dues become due. The club site will send you an email with your user id and password. Everyone gets one. With this information, you will be able to sign onto the club site https://kcyc.org. It will prompt you for payment of your membership dues. Once paid, you will have full access to the club site. With full access to the club site, go to Membership Guide and expand the choices to get familiar with the club. Always check to see that you are signed in to see all of the information available to members. It is the go to place to find the Club's a calendar of events, both activities and events, the KCYC Member Directory to find other members, register, pay and/or volunteer for events, pay your dues, and learn more about the Club.
Members are encouraged to attend General Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month except for December. General Meetings are the best way to stay in touch with current happenings at the Club. Happy Hour starts at 6:00 pm, followed by a potluck dinner at 7:00 pm, then the General Membership Business Meeting, a short Program and the monthly raffle. Board Meetings are held on the Tuesday preceding the General Business Meeting, and are open to all members.

The Club is normally open every Friday night year-round from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for Friday Night Social, unless otherwise posted. The Club offers non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, snacks, and lots of camaraderie. It is a great place to share your boating stories and get to know other members. Come on down!
