About this event
We are going to apply for a minimum of 8 RV sites at Port Hudson for the weekend of June 20 - 22.
We will try for the "point" sites and try to get sites that members request.
Because of Port Hudson's rules, this is going to be complicated so please read the rules below!!

PLEASE READ IN DETAIL - THIS IS A BIT COMPLICATED
1) We will apply for a group reservation on Jan 7th 2025 - we will need 8 RVs to have signed and paid up byJan 5th.
2) A list of the sites that you had last year will be emailed separately, the site numbers have changed. Please refer to the new Port Hudson site map and email Rob Salthouse (rsalthouse@gmail.com)with your
3) You will be required to pay an upfront reservation fee which is $25. The balance, which is determined by which site you get will be collected later.
4) We are required to reserve at least 8 sites. If we drop below 8 then we will loose the group reservation. Therefore, the fees are not refundable if you cancel. (if you can find someone else to take your spot, you can work out payment with them)
5) In the event that we do not get 8 reservations by Jan 5th, or Port Hudson does not accept our "application", your reservation fees will be returned and everyone will have to make individual reservations.
6) If for some reason we cancel as a group more than one month before the event you will get your reservation fee back minus the $11.50 that Port Hudson charges.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel once the event has been confirmed, there will be no refunds. You can find another member to take your place and work out how to get reimbursed by them.
