A Spring Luncheon of Culinary Delight
Commodore Chuck Turner extends a warm welcome to a delightful spring-inspired luncheon. Chef Ken and his dedicated team have meticulously prepared a menu that celebrates the season's fresh flavors.

- Welcome: Sparkling Bellini and Chef's Seasonal Amuse-Bouche
- First Course: Crisp Irish Pub Salad with Herb Vinaigrette
- Main Course: Chutney-Glazed Cornish Game Hen, served with aromatic Farro, Dried Apricots and Raisins, and a medley of Spring Vegetables in a light Vinaigrette.
- Dessert: Delicate Limoncello Ricotta Cake.
