July 4th!  July 4th!  HELP!
July 4th is *almost* upon us!
The BIGGEST fundraising event for the club, with multiple events throughout the day, kindly requesting our VOLUNTEER ARMY to report for duty.

KCYC Beer Tent

 
No MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) License or experience required.
 
We still have at least 9 (NINE!) slots open.... mostly for the evening shift (the busiest of the day by far), and for clean up at the end of the event at 9 pm.  Please sign up today?

Slots still open.  They're just couple hours short, take one, or two!
Specifically, we have almost NO CREW for the last shift for 7 - 9 pm, the busiest time in the tent by far...and the CLEANUP!

Same day, separate request: 

 

 We need at least 7 (seven) large clean coolers by July 3rd to start chilling loose cans and water bottles etc.  These are always loaned out by members.  There is no list of who loaned a cooler in prior years.  Thank you!

Also please remember the ShareNet Summer Food Drive! 
There is a box for donations, cash or check (payable to ShareNet, NOT KCYC) at the Clubhouse.  Monetary donations are preferred, as ShareNet is able to leverage that better with their volume buying.  You can also bring any non perishable food donations to the Clubhouse now.  Any questions?  See Cheryl Callais.
