KCYC Beer Tent Volunteers (19 more needed)
No MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) License or experience required.
Staff is needed to sell tickets, check IDs, pour drinks, and generally help in the tent. The shifts are chopped into short two hour increments so feel free to grab more than one, in the same or different area! Take a break, enjoy the party, come back for another go! The positions that are easier on the old bones are also flagged as "sitting down" in the description, so choose one of those to take a break. And while you work, you'll be able to listen to the sounds of the live band that will be playing in the park!
The beer tent will be open on Saturday, July 4th from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Shifts start at 10 am for set up, and we need lots of help at the end to collapse and clean up the operation after closing. Because, you know, EVERYONE wants to enjoy the FIREWORKS. Sign up your spouses, adult children, and friends. We need an “all hands-on deck, or in the tent as the case may be” participation from our volunteers.
Volunteers are also need on Saturday from 10am - 12pm to help clean-up the tent.
