Our annual BIG Fleet Fundraiser was a great success, thanks to ALL of you!

It has come to my attention that not everyone comes to the monthly General Meeting, so you missed the update on the Kingston Opening Day Fleet Fundraiser, and have been asking me to update you about it. 

So here you go! 

  • Silent Auction:   $1815

  • Raffle: $917

  • 50/50 Raffle: $305

  • approx dinner net, and sale of extra portions: ~$725

Overall total raised:  $3762

This event is what keeps our Fleet activities afloat all year long.   Final allocation of funds rests with our Board of course.

From me, a HUGE THANK YOU to Cheryl Hammon, who was my right hand in securing so many of the donation.  Couldn't have done it without you!

 
I am looking for someone to take over from me on this front for next year, as we have a trip planned that overlaps Kingston Opening Day.  Please step up, you'll have lots of help, and it's a lot of fun to do!
