If it's yellow... DON'T let it mellow!
Look at that screenshot above. See all that yellow?
Those are empty volunteer slots, and if we leave them mellowing out there, the Beer Tent isn't going to operate as smoothly as everyone has come to expect from us.
KCYC makes a promise to the town of Kingston for the 4th of July, but we can't pour smooth pints and Kingston Thymes without a full crew. We need to flush these empty slots down the drain, fast!
The problem is the LAST SHIFTS of the day, which also happen to be the BUSIEST time for the Beer Tent.
We need ONE MORE BARTENDER as well as a busser/bar assistant!
And, when we close the tent at 9, NO ONE has signed up to help put away the tables and chairs and do general clean up. and organization so we can haul things back to the clubhouse on Sunday morning (also need help with this please?)
Don't leave your Rear Commodore stranded! It's not fair to guilt the tired 7 pm crew into staying late to finish up. Are you going to be down in the park for the fireworks? Please come on over 9 pm and help us wrap things up, so everyone can enjoy the best show ever!
