KCYC Benefits

The Kingston Cove Yacht Club (KCYC) aims to be the ‘best little yacht club’ with a variety of organized cruises, boating activities, social events and reciprocal privileges with local yacht clubs. We take pride in our support of many community activities, such as the Kingston 4th of July Celebration, and the Kingston Clean Up Day. Come join us for some great boating fun, social enjoyment and to help support your community!

Here are a few of the many benefits of KCYC membership.

USE YOUR BOAT MORE OFTEN
Club cruises go to ports throughout the Pacific Northwest several times a year. Travel with fellow boaters, socialize, and swap sea stories…that’s why you have a boat, right?

GUEST MOORAGE
KCYC has partnered with over 100 other yacht clubs in the Pacific Northwest and around the world. These clubs offer FREE or REDUCED-FEE guest moorage to our boating members. Even if you are “between boats”, you can still enjoy the amenities of partner yacht clubs, such as refreshments and fine dining!

GREAT SOCIAL EVENTS
Socialize with other club members and guests at monthly meetings, Friday Night Socials and special events, such as golf matches, Comedy Night, St. Patrick’s Dinner & Dance, potlucks/barbecues, Commodore’s Ball, Christmas Boat Parade, New Year’s Eve Celebration, and much, much more!

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Contribute to our community by participating in fundraising and charity events, such as Christmas Food Baskets, Kingston 4th of July Pancake Feed and Kingston Clean Up day. Our members take pride in their community!

BOATING SAFETY & EDUCATION
KCYC has active members in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, US Power Squadron, and Recreational Boating Association of WA. Members are available for boat inspections to keep you current with the latest requirements.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS
Maybe the best reason to join KCYC is the camaraderie with people who love boating and share the Kingston community spirit. Our members get involved and have lots of fun doing it. Come join the KCYC family!
