Foulweather Bluff Sailboat Races


KCYC will be hosting the 43rd annual Foulweather Bluff Sailboat race organized by Corinthian Yacht Club, Edmonds.

This will be the third year of KCYC hosting this event.

The race was formerly hosted by Edmonds Yacht Club until 2021, when KCYC assumed the position of the hosting yacht club. The dates for this year's event are October 6th and October 7th. In the spirit of volunteerism we will be looking for approximately 10 people in various positions including door greeters, bartender assistance, cooking and help cleaning up.

We are getting closer to full commitment for a chase boat for assistance, if the racers require it.  The club will be open during the event to all KCYC members and guests and are encouraged to "mix it up" with the racers.

On Friday night, we will be serving a meal for $10, either a cheeseburger, or two hot dogs, various sides, and dessert.  Meal service will be from 6-9 pm, and the bar will remain open until 10 pm.
