The Point Hudson RV Park is at a highly coveted location and reservations fill up fast for summer weekends. This event reserves spots for members wishing to participate in the Point Hudson Cruise but arrive and stay by RV.

Below is the schedule of events for the weekend.

KCYC – Point Hudson Cruise/RV Event

Date of Event:     June 14 – 16 2024

Saturday room rental: Marina Roomj

Friday – June 14  

• 1700 hrs:     Happy Hour on the Dock (BYOB and Appetizers)
  LOCATION: at RV sites and available picnic tables. Hauser site is #28  Hausers will try to secure some Marina picnic tables for gathering if possible
  
• 1900 hrs:      Dinner – unplanned  Groups can self-organize.  People should make reservations at local places if they want to dine together. Suggested restaurant list will be provided.

Saturday – June 15

• 0730:  Breakfast setup – Need 3 volunteers to help.  Please contact Larisa Hauser if you want to help with setup 206-819-4822 or larisa.hauser@gmail.com
  
• 0830 – 1000 hrs:  Breakfast in Marina Room – warm breakfast/coffee provided
• 1000 – 1500 hrs:  Activities available/suggested:
• 1030 – 1130 hrs:   Boater Education Session run by Jim Dilanni and Ed Fernandez. TOPIC: Man Overboard situation
• 1030 – 1300 hrs:  Pt. Townsend farmers market in Uptown – unplanned – people self-organize. 
  LOCATION: 600 block of Tyler Street between Lawrence and Clay streets .07mile from Point Hudson – 15-minute walk (Uphill!!)
• 1200 – 1500 hrs. –Walk on the interpretive trail starting at the Wooden Boat building. 
  NOTE: Car needed for parts of the walk, but can do without this portion

• 1030 – 1500 hrs:  Golfing – Not organized. Suggest groups can self-organize
• 1500 – 1700 hrs:  Time to relax? Shop? Whatever you like!
• 1700 – 1900 hrs:  Dinner – Not organized.  Suggest people make reservations if there are large groups dining together
• 1930 – 2200 hrs:  Bingo at the Marina room – Walter Viereck will call.  $5 gives you three cards. Prizes awarded.  Final round GRAND PRIZE is the pot collected from the play fee.

Sunday June 16

• 0830 – 1000 hrs: Light breakfast baked goods at the RV sites / Picnic tables
