Catered dinner. They know that there is a party there before them and they will not be able to enter earlier than 5:15pm and that they may have to do some straightening, cleaning depending on how well the previous renters cleaned. Brad was fine with this.
Brad will fill out application online and email it to me. He will put two checks in the mail ($300 rental fee for 4 hours + cleaning deposit. I cc'd Simona on confirmation email because they want to join KCYC members for drinks on Friday night. (CLC)
