New Reciprocal Arrangement with the Port
Better for Us / Better for the Port

• Two “virtual” reciprocal slips are available on a first come first served basis by contacting the Port of Kingston upon arrival
• Reciprocal boaters will be assigned a reciprocal slip (slips will vary dependent on boat size and availability)
• Reciprocal user fee:
  • $5/day dock charge for all boats, plus an additional $5/day electrical
  • Second and third day's moorage charged at $5/day plus 50¢/foot and $5/day electrical
  • Maximum of three consecutive nights
• Port will track and collect the reciprocal payments. At the annual rate, KCYC will be billed, based on the size of the slips provided less the daily charges.

Extended Benefits for KCYC Members Parking

KCYC members can park in the KCYC parking spaces any time, any day with a decal on their vehicle. (Decals will be provided for each vehicle owned).  Examples of appropriate parking use are attending a KCYC meeting or event; visiting the Port or downtown; or while on your boat.  Note: If you are on your boat for an extended time, park in a designated Port parking spot.

KCYC members cannot assign their parking privileges to non-members or use the KCYC spaces for commuting to work. KCYC rentals will have access to KCYC parking while renting the facility.
