Loretta Jones is making her special chicken enchiladas, Diane Nunez is cohosting - the sides will include lemon cilantro rice, refried beans, green salad, as well as chips and salsa. We will have a gluten-free option as well.
Simona Dedek will make individual flans (creme caramel), that are gluten-free by design.
Come to the club after the opening-day festivities - the club and bar open at 4 pm - and enjoy a special margarita from the bar, or a cold Corona! And let's all wear our KCYC attire.
Dinner will follow the Snacklebox Competition around 6:30 - 7 pm - so please feel free to come to the club EARLY (bar opens at 4 pm) and help us cheer on the Snackleboxes (and EAT THEM as our bar snacks) and decorate for dinner. |
