Yummy Paella!

Come for some authentic Spanish Paella!  We will be cooking in two different paella pans to serve as many as we can, but we estimate a maximum of about 40 servings, so register early!  Chicken, sausage, shrimp, clams or mussels (depending what's fresh and available that day), peas, and piquillo peppers.

We are also going to have live music, courtesy of Lon Hayne, one of our own members who will be playing latin jazz to accompany our meal. Lon previously played in the Jazz Band of the Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club.  This will be quite a treat for everyone.

Clubhouse and bar open at 5pm, dinner will be served around 6:30 - 7 pm.  You can't hurry Paella, and its signature crispy skin that takes much expertise to achieve just right.
